Aussie Broadband offers technical support for all of its products.
You can log a fault on your service by calling 1300 880 905 between the hours of

  • 8am to Midnight – Monday-Sunday
  • Standard operating hours on public holidays (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday)

All times shown are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

If you would like to log a fault by email you can email [email protected] but please note our preferred method of fault logging is by phone.
